The amazing benefits of green tea.

I infuse few glasses of green tea in the early afternoon and let it cool until night and then put it in the fridge so I can have green tea throughout the next day. There are a lot of varieties but Sencha or Gyokuro are high in L-Theanine, an ingredient of green tea which produces anti-anxiety effects.
