Almond Coconut Honey Butter

Since I have been on a gluten free diet, improvisation in the kitchen has been increased. Today I came up with “Almond Coconut Honey ButterAlmond Coconut Honey Butter”. I blended a handful of raw almonds until really fine and oily and added a teaspoonful of organic coconut oil (solid state), a teaspoon of raw organic honey and few Himalayan crystal salts. You may add more almonds later in the mix if you want it crunchy. It is delicious whether you want to use it as a spread or just eat it like that for extra energy. For chocolate lovers, add few cocoa beans.

Coconut oil contains healthy fat including CLA which helps to burn your own fat; almonds are rich in monounsaturated fat and lower bad cholesterol and atherosclerosis; raw honey has anti-viral, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal properties and Himalayan salt offers all the natural elements exactly identical to the elements in your body. Cocoa beans are antioxidant and antidepressive.
